For standard bookings during business hours, there is no separate call-out fee — the quote includes our travel to your location. After-hours and emergency call-outs carry an additional fee, which we'll communicate upfront before dispatch.
For declared emergencies (active burst pipe, complete power failure, etc.) we aim to have a technician at your door within 60–90 minutes across most Johannesburg suburbs. Response time may vary based on current workload and your location.
We accept EFT bank transfer, cash, and card payment via card machine. For large jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins. We provide proper invoices and receipts for all transactions.
